In a good pre-owned condition - some small marks to the surrounds and some light scratches to the screen nothing noticeable when switched on.
Fully tested and working - battery is healthy - hinges are in a good condition. Some scratching around where the console folds. Cameras both work well. There is a small white mark on the screen - quite common with the 3DS.
Comes as console - with a replacement pen and replacement charger.
