This controller comes in its original case, boxed. It’s been fully tested and is complete with all extras apart from one minor thing - there’s one dust cover missing but this is not needed for the controller. It’s just a textured thumbstick cover. You can buy similar ones on eBay but it comes with 3 out of 4.

It’s been used only a handful of times and looks and feels brand new. I’ve also given it a clean to make sure it’s all new looking.
